Aspire2 Wealth Information Session

Aspire2Wealth Information Session

Last night Malcolm Davis from Aspire2 Wealth presented an informative and entertaining outline of what to look out for in the areas of aged care, the importance and pitfalls of making a will, philanthropy, and the challenge of keeping ourselves informed of recent government changes in these areas.

Malcolm brought his team of advisers along, some of whom we’ve met at our “Fun” events.  This presentation was well received by those who attended, and Malcolm and his team were there to answer the many queries relating to the complex world of finance we face in retirement.

Changing perceptions over the years

This chart was interesting, it illustrated how society’s perception of life stages and getting old has changed from 1950 to 1990 to 2024. Certainly food for thought.

John Rigg attended the session and had the following to say…. I was one of 25 to 30 WABC members who attended an hour long presentation, followed by Q and A, in our club rooms for those interested to learn more about the full range of issues around succession planning, and a myriad of important topics related to aging, aged care and end of life planning. Malcolm , and four members of his team from Aspire to Wealth were excellent in dealing with a range of topics raised by attendees at the Q and A; Malcolm and his colleague John Bartle gave  very good introductory presentations to start the evening.

John also noted that Aspire to Wealth are in their third year of Sponsorship and have a lot to offer members particularly those who are 50 years or older.

Thank you Malcolm and the very knowledgeable Aspire2 Wealth team for the informative presentation.  We hope to be able to invite Malcolm back again, this is such a challenging and important topic.
